chia pudding



Just put the following things together, let it sit overnight(add fruits or cacao or what ever in the morning)..blend if you want to 😋

3 tbsp chia seeds
a bit more than a cup milk of choice

banana almond shake


This is one of my favourite shakes so far.:3

I just blend the following things together:

2 ripe bananas
1 tbsp almond butter
about a Cup milk of choice
vanilla
Lots of cinnamon

Just perfect💛💛💛

'cheese'


I used to love pizza but since I'm vegan it just wasn't that good anymore ._.

But today I made a vegan 'cheese'-sauce and oh my...:0
IT WAS SO DELICIOUS!*-*

for one:
3 tbsp yeast flakes
2 tbsp white almond butter
water
pizza spices (for ideas: Look at my previous post about the pizza mash:3)

Just mix it all and put it on your pizza or pasta or whatever you want :D

pizza thing :D

My lunch looked so gross but it was so delish!:3

I call it 'pizza mash':D

Take at much potatoes,peas and brokkoli as you want(i had mainly broccoli,then potatoes and a few peas.;3)
Cook it in water.
Add the following spices:
tomato powder
onion powder
bell pepper powder
Sea salt
Basilico
Oregano 
yeast extraxt
Pepper
a tiny bit of garlic

blueberry oatmeal

Last breakfast of 2013😭😂

BLUEBERRY OATMEEEEEAAALL!😙:))

one of my favourite oatmeals.:3

for one :

5 tbsp oats
about 1 Cup milk of choice
2 Cups blueberries

Cook the oats with the milk, add the bluebs and cook it until it's super creamy.:p

4 ingredient granola

I LOVE granola!
But the most bought ones are expensive, unvegan, unhealthy and not as good as homemade.:p

A long time ago I made maple walnut granola and aaaah! It was so tasty.:3 
So I thought I should make it again and omg! It was even better:0 😭😁

Sadly I forgot to take any measurements😭🙈
But here are the ingredients:

oats
Maple syrup
Raw walnuts and almonds

I just combined the oats with lots of maple syrup and put it on a baking sheet and baked it until it was
crispy.
Let it cool and added crushed walnuts and almonds.;) 🙏

It's so crunchy🙈❤️

flax zoats

I don't know if someone will read this but oh well..:D

Yesterdays breakfast was flax zoats.:)

for one
4-5 tbsp oats
1 Cup milk of choice
1/4 -1/2 banana(mashed)
as much zucchini as desired(grated)
About 1 1/2 tsp flaxseeds

Cook the oats with the milk, stirr the banana, zucchini and the flax seeds in and cook it until it's creamy.:)

I've topped mine with cherries, apple and pistachios.;))


pear oatmeal<3


I met my parents for breakfast today(my mum thinks it could help me to beat my ed...0.o).
They ate buns but I wanted my oatmeal.:3 
(Sorry, but I'm addicted:D)

So I ate pear oatmeal.:3

This time I just added pear cubes but sometimes I blend the pear with a tiny bit of water.;)
I'll write both recipes so you can choose:p
They are both super creamy *_*

pear oatmeal with cubes
5 tbsp oats
about 1 and 1/4 Cup milk of choice
1 big pear
spices like vanilla or cinnamon if you want

Like usual: Cook the oats with milk.Cut the pear in little cubes and add them to the oats.;)

super creamy pear oatmeal
5 tbsp oats
1 Cup milk of choice
1/4 Cup water(milk works, too;))
1 big pear
(spices)

Cut the pear in little pieces, microwave it with the water. Blend it together. Cook the oats with milk and add the pear mash.;)

ugly banana bread :D

I have like 1000 overripe bananas here so it was time to use them.;3

I made banana bread yesterday and it's by far the ugliest one I've ever made but super moist.:3

3 over ripe bananas
240g oats
150ml milk of choice
a little bit less than a tsp of baking powder
cinnamon

optional:
- any kind of nuts
-berries

I prefer walnuts but I totally forgot them yesterday🙈

Just blend it all(if you add nuts or berries: don't blend them:D), put it in a baking dish and bake it for about 50 min(maybe longer or shorter) at 150 degrees celsius.;)

I usually serve it with fresh berries, nuts or a berry yoghurt sauce(just blend yoghurt of choice with berries:p)

Hummus :3



Since I've tried chickpeas for the first time I absolutely love them!
But since I'm always looking for something new I decided to try hummus.:)
It turned out super tasty and I really recommend to try it.:3

For one:
1/2 Cup chickpeas(canned or soaked for at least 48 hours)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
sea salt
If you like to you can add tahini(sesame butter)

just blend it all.ready.:3

For a little change I recommend bell pepper powder.;)

5 tbsp oats
a Cup milk of choice
1-2 grated apples
1 tsp cinnamon
Vanilla

Cook it together, put it in your favourite bowl, add toppings of choice and ENJOY:D

Toppings I like:
almond butter, more apple, nuts, etc..:)

Purple carrot cake oatmeal


Purple carrot cake oatmeal 

I love oatmeal! And I love carrots! And breakfast!☺️
A few days ago I had carrot cake oatmeal which I've made with purple carrots🙊

So here is the recipe: 

single serving
5 tbsp oats
a little bit more than a cup milk of choice(I prefer oatmilk)
1 grated carrot
1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
as much vanilla as desired
(If you want it sweeter you can add 1/2 banana;))

Just cook the oats with milk, add the carrot and let it cook until it's creamy😛
