quicheeee


First homemade quiche and it turned out sooo delish!😌

Preaheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius

crust (inspired by a vegan blog but I forgot the name and I'm SO sorry .___. )
150g whole grain spelt flour
1 tbsp Olive oil
about 1,5 dl water
lots of herbs
sea salt

Stir the ingredients until roughly combined.
Place it in a quiche pan and bake it for about 5-7 minutes.

filling: 
about 200g tofu
2-3 tbsp yeast extract
water
veggies of choice(i took peas, cauliflower, bell pepper and spinach;))
herbs

Blend it until smooth, put it on the crust and bake it for about 30-40 min.:)
Let it cool for about 10-15 min and enjoy❤️❤️

'cheese'


I used to love pizza but since I'm vegan it just wasn't that good anymore ._.

But today I made a vegan 'cheese'-sauce and oh my...:0
IT WAS SO DELICIOUS!*-*

for one:
3 tbsp yeast flakes
2 tbsp white almond butter
water
pizza spices (for ideas: Look at my previous post about the pizza mash:3)

Just mix it all and put it on your pizza or pasta or whatever you want :D

pizza thing :D

My lunch looked so gross but it was so delish!:3

I call it 'pizza mash':D

Take at much potatoes,peas and brokkoli as you want(i had mainly broccoli,then potatoes and a few peas.;3)
Cook it in water.
Add the following spices:
tomato powder
onion powder
bell pepper powder
Sea salt
Basilico
Oregano 
yeast extraxt
Pepper
a tiny bit of garlic

Hummus :3



Since I've tried chickpeas for the first time I absolutely love them!
But since I'm always looking for something new I decided to try hummus.:)
It turned out super tasty and I really recommend to try it.:3

For one:
1/2 Cup chickpeas(canned or soaked for at least 48 hours)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
sea salt
If you like to you can add tahini(sesame butter)

just blend it all.ready.:3

For a little change I recommend bell pepper powder.;)
