Yesterdays breakfast was flax zoats.:)
for one
4-5 tbsp oats
1 Cup milk of choice
1/4 -1/2 banana(mashed)
as much zucchini as desired(grated)
About 1 1/2 tsp flaxseeds
Cook the oats with the milk, stirr the banana, zucchini and the flax seeds in and cook it until it's creamy.:)
I've topped mine with cherries, apple and pistachios.;))
Healthy AND I get to use up a future zucchini glut, a great idea :). I am just about to plant out seeds for this years garden here in Tasmania and I am going to plant out a few more zucchini this year just so that I can make a lot of this. Lovely recipe, thank you for sharing it with us all :)
