Purple carrot cake oatmeal
I love oatmeal! And I love carrots! And breakfast!☺️
A few days ago I had carrot cake oatmeal which I've made with purple carrots🙊
So here is the recipe:
single serving
5 tbsp oats
a little bit more than a cup milk of choice(I prefer oatmilk)
1 grated carrot
1/2-1 tsp cinnamon
as much vanilla as desired
(If you want it sweeter you can add 1/2 banana;))
Just cook the oats with milk, add the carrot and let it cook until it's creamy😛
Clever girl to use purple carrots. It looks like blueberry oatmeal :). I love carrots and buckwheat so carrots and oats sounds like a goer to me :)
